I am visiting Michigan from Dallas, TX for 3 weeks and my only pair of contacts ripped! Jane was able to get me contacts in my prescription to pick up the same day while here on vacation- I am so greatly for her help!! I can’t thank her enough, and she was so friendly! Thank you!

Had to call and cancel my appointment twice. I do not appreciate that it didn’t get canceled the first time I called considering I’m almost positive I would have been charged some kind of late fee if I had not shown up for an appointment that I already canceled. Makes me nervous for any future appointments.

Rx Optical service does not stop with the purchase of your glasses. I had very bad fall and landed on the side of my face doing serious damage to my glasses. The right bow was almost broken off. I took them back to this store. The staff was very kind and understanding. It took them quite a long time to repair them and when I asked what the charge was they said "no charge". I would not hesitate to recommend this store!
