“My glasses scratched and blotched up within a year...I didn't get insurance on them because I clean them properly and take care of them but apparently anti scratch isn't a standard thing and my $600 transition lenses are KAPUT after only 6 months so I recommend getting the insurance or cleaning them not with the solution and a micro towel but with running water and dish soap instead.

They did contact me and help me come to a resolution and I will be able to see again with the new lenses in a few weeks.

Thanks for working with me instead of just not caring and that's why I changed my 1 star to a 5. It's people like managers like Jenn that make you feel like a human.“
