Flooring in Kalamazoo

“Over the course of a year having our home built, they stand out as one of the top companies we have had the pleasure of working with. Due to other circumstances, we were left unable to finalize our loan until the carpet in the upstairs was installed. Big box stores estimated a 2-3 week wait, thats with buying in-stock product. Scrambling to find a better option, I sent an email, Saturday evening, to JV's Flooring and to my amazement, received a response that same day. After a few short conversations, we were told a crew would be there Tuesday at 8AM. They were there at 747AM and carpet was done by noon. And not just done, but done extremely well, looks amazing, and they cleaned up completely afterwards. They offer more services than just flooring and while I cant speak directly on that, I have a feeling that had we used them for other jobs on our home, we would not have had nearly the issues we did. We will be needing more carpet installed in our basement shortly and will most definitely be having them do it.

When there are multiple companies providing similar services, often times their customer service is the thing that sets them apart. From my experience, JV's Flooring recognizes that and chooses to treat their customers with respect and honesty. Thats what sets them apart from the rest.“
