Kim was wonderful to work with. She helped me with our master bathroom and our bedroom carpet. She had great ideas and choices. Kim was always ready for our appointments, followed up quickly answering my question's, and responded right away to my emails. She made me laugh, which is vital during a big project. :-)The contractors that they used for my tile were terrific. They sent over a great couple to lay my carpet. Kim is a keeper and I don’t plan on going to anybody else.
