Chris showed up every day when he said he would our floors are amazing looking he finished on time even with scheduling issues that I presented him with very impressed with everything he did

Chris at CNB did a GREAT job on the new floors in our home. We bought the place last August and knew we wanted to replace all of the carpet in the main floor and upstairs hallway and we're aiming for hardwood. Chris gave quoted us a reasonable price, and then worked with us when we wanted to explore some limited patterning (a turn in the orientation of the planks upstairs, and an entry way 'mandala' both pictured). While he wasn't able to perfectly match our yellowing existing wood floors in the bedrooms, (wouldn't have wanted him too necessarily) he was able to match the existing heights exactly- no need for transitions in most cases!) Chris did a fantastic job on refinishing our oak floors. The previous owner installed carpet over the floor and left a layer of glue. I didn't think it was possible to refinish the floor but he did it and they turned out beautifully. Thanks Chris for making our floors look so nice.
