Their knowledge of hardwood flooring, how to lay it, how to restore it, how to blend it with historic or modern homes goes far beyond what my husband and I have experienced with other flooring companies. We have used Maple Grove flooring for both our Michigan homes (multiple projects in each) and a dance studio space and have been excited about every project so far. “Gage did a master bath remodel for me back in spring, so the review is long overdue.I was looking for businesses that do remodel within the area, and upon speaking with multiple companies/representatives I quickly understood where remodeling/construction gets a bad rep from.Gage was the only one in my experience that was able to speak freely about what it's going to take labor/material wise to do the job, put his name behind the work so we moved ahead.The bathroom floor we chose upon was not able to be delivered on time which meant an increase in my budget, although how Gage handled that was great.The reno was completed as expected, and we ran into an issue with the shower door leaking water. This definitely tested my patience as my expectations with how the shower door should function was not met. Gage and I spoke about options to fix the situation and he ensured that the issue was fixed, and my expectations were met. This definitely will make me re-hire him in the future.I watched him throughout the process, as I like to see how we got to end result.
