Bill went above and beyond to provide a quote, schedule, and complete my hardwood floor restoration in a very short time frame. I just bought a a new home and have a few projects that need to be done first before I can move in (the hardwood floors were one of them). Thanks to Bill and his team, I am able to move in sooner than anticipated since they were able to work me into their schedule. And, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. We recently purchased a 96 y.o. home with oak floors throughout that were very damaged from extensive wear and pets. Bill Aardema did a home visit and assured me that they were worthy of repair and refinishing. The floors are now beautiful beyond what we ever thought possible. He is an expert in wood flooring repairs and we thoroughly appreciated his entire team! They were professional, flexible and took great care to make sure the floors were beautiful for show.
