“My glasses scratched and blotched up within a year...I didn't get insurance on them because I clean them properly and take care of them but apparently anti scratch isn't a standard thing and my $600 transition lenses are KAPUT after only 6 months so I recommend getting the insurance or cleaning them not with the solution and a micro towel but with running water and dish soap instead.

They did contact me and help me come to a resolution and I will be able to see again with the new lenses in a few weeks.

Thanks for working with me instead of just not caring and that's why I changed my 1 star to a 5. It's people like managers like Jenn that make you feel like a human.“

“My doctor is Dr Butler I love him. He saved my life by finding a tumor after several test. He has been a great doctor for me. I can ask him anything and he answers. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly all of them. It does get frustrating when there is a wait but that’s every where. Went to er then 4 emergencies came longer wait but it is what it is. The office is very clean nice restrooms easy to find parking is different but I can always find a place without walking a mile lol. I recommend Paragon Optometry and the staff.“
