“Wow the comments and reviews are outrageous. My husband and I have been going here for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience what so ever. People have their off days. Glass are not made to last your entire life, tell your company to get better insurance. If your not offered a fit for glasses, guess what genius, you probably don’t/didn’t need them. As for refusing to make an appt, the person probably already had an appt somewhere else and the insurance only covers once a year. As for the receptionist being Loud I have never heard any of these ladies be loud, maybe if you would get your nose out your phone you might have heard her say your name a bunch of times and got loud to get your attention. Now I don’t know everyone’s reasoning or experience, but I dam well know we will continue using eye care west, they are a bunch of nice people, and I couldn’t ask for a better set of optometrists in st Joseph county Michigan. So if you don’t like the place, do us all a favor and go somewhere else, we don’t need the negativity at a great eye glass place.
