Ellen makes yoga so accessible and achievable no matter if you’re brand new or experienced. I leave her classes feeling like I can do anything. Highly recommend!“

“People’s Yoga is a beautiful, welcoming space, and Misty is a phenomenal instructor, very compassionate and dedicated to making yoga a positive experience for all kinds of people. I have a physical disability which severely limits my mobility, but my yoga practice with Misty helps me maintain my strength and mobility, and helps improve my nerve pain too. Highly recommend!!!“

“I moved here from Colorado and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a high quality bjj place. I was pleasantly surprised with this school! Very friendly atmosphere, great staff and teachers! great training partners and very high-quality jiu jitsu! I currently train here and plan on being here for a very long time. LOVE this school!“

“Jet is the best gym I've ever gone to. Awesome people, encouraging trainers, sense of community, they've done something unique here.I've been to a few group workout classes but started training individually with JJ a couple months ago to learn how to box. He's an active professional boxer, but somehow manages to meet people exactly where they are with patience, encouragement, and a deep technical knowledge of the sport. I was just enjoying my workouts when I suddenly realized I'm moving and throwing punches like a boxer. He knows how to teach it too.This place is an anomaly in the best way. Usually, boxing gyms are either just exercise classes with boxing gloves or sketchy places where you have to "prove" yourself before anyone will spend time with you. JJ and the trainers at Jet are somehow active fighters while also being just straight up cool people to be around and that has attracted a community of others like them. Such a great place.10/10 all day.“

“When I first decided to take Lisa’s online yoga instructor training, I had little to no experience in the yoga world. She has many gifts. Among them, she is an excellent teacher, she pays attention to detail, she is patient and precise. Intuitive and knowledgable. I have been transformed and have watched others I know be transformed by her ability to be a catalyst for growth, and change. The courses are accessible with both online and in person classes.“

“Each time I visit any other studio (nothing particularly wrong with any other local studio), I regret it. I’ve taken dozens of classes here and this is still the only studio where I’ve not injured myself during a practice due to the staff’s knowledge. All instructors have a naturally healing presence and lead their classes with an obvious sense of intuition. The studio itself is beautiful and there are natural elements incorporated everywhere. I’m so happy/grateful hilltop exists! ❤️“

“This place is magical. A truly welcoming & even loving environment to learn & grow. There are classes for all levels of experience. The barré & sculpt classes will have you sweating out of pores you didn’t know you have & the yoga classes will relax & soothe you down to a cellular level. “This practice is precise, effective and safe for ALL! Such an amazing studio, teachers and staff. You will never find another that compares. Regardless of your motivations for joining you will not be disappointed. Some of the many health benefits I've received from this practice/studio include (but are not limited to) improved balance, clarity, state of mind, overall strength, sleep patterns, sense of peace (even during turmoil), digestion, breathing abilities and hormonal balance. I've also brought my body into physical alignment, reduced inflammation and pain (from a 10 to a 1!), expanded my lung capacity, lost and maintained weight and so much more. Yoga is Medicine, it's not just a name it's a fact!“

“Today was my first class with my husband. This was our first time ever doing yoga. I was so nervous, but that soon ended after only being there a few minutes. We didn't feel out of place at all. The ladies running the class were so welcoming and helpful. We signed up for classes with out thinking twice!“

“I love Yoga State! Every class is different and each teacher has their own style. I love Payton's 7:15pm Hot Vinyasa class to unwind after a long day. Recently I've been enjoying Rachel's 5:45 BUTI class on Sundays too, its super fun and has great music! All the classes are a great workout and escape from everyday life. Yoga State is amazing and I really feel a sense of community when I show up for class.“
