I've been to many different yoga studios, but this is the only one that grew to feel like home. The space is warm and inviting. The teachers AND fellow practitioners are inclusive and welcoming. I've never once uncomfortable in my own skin or about not being able to do a pose. I especially love the teachers that give hands on adjustments or advice to help me with a pose. They make you feel like they are personally invested in your journey without being intrusive in the least. I always leave feeling accomplished, proud, and glad I made the time to invest in myself. Can't recommend highly enough! If you're on the fence about yoga or a seasoned yogi, give this studio a try.

Yoga Connect Lansing is an excellent studio! The instructors are so kind and supportive no matter how experienced you may be. They offer something for everyone. The space is very clean and they create a great atmosphere for class. Super excited to be attending classes here!

This space is welcoming to all. Instructors offer modifications and ways to improve your own personal practice. The practices out in place for COVID-19are great, everything is labeled and it is clear where to place your belongings and mat, there are sanitation stations set out for individual, use social distancing encouraged and everyone is to wear a mask. I recommend this studio 100%.
