This place is magical. A truly welcoming & even loving environment to learn & grow. There are classes for all levels of experience. The barré & sculpt classes will have you sweating out of pores you didn’t know you have & the yoga classes will relax & soothe you down to a cellular level. I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful little studio. Playlists are fire. You will fit in here.

I got into hot yoga from the nurses week gift that this studio gave to nurses. This studio did more than our own hospital did to show appreciation during this pandemic. It’s harder for me to attend due to travel nursing now but I love this studio. Cleaner than others that I’ve been too and the instructors are friendly and help you feel relaxed with every session. Highly recommend!

First the environment is on point from the time I walked in I was instantly relaxed.. Abby was amazing so friendly and very good at talking you through each step . I got a little sweat going but also my mind was focused on nothing but the class and I love that leaving the outside world outside would definitely recommend and will be attending again.
