This yoga studio is such a gem. I’ve been to classes with Ellen and Polina, both are great instructors. I especially love the Reconnect class. Ellen makes yoga so accessible and achievable no matter if you’re brand new or experienced. I leave her classes feeling like I can do anything. Highly recommend!

Great place for yoga! Ellen (the owner and instructor) is fantastic, she is fun and bubbly and makes anyone with any level of experience feel accepted and comfortable. The best part is that at the end of class Ellen goes around and gives you a head massage with essential oils. It is incredibly soothing and a great end to sessions. She also makes an effort to create new routines each class to incorporate how everyone is feeling and progressing. Ellen is amazing! She is hands on and gives advice on how to adjust to target certain zones. She provides numerous accommodations from beginner to advanced. I leave relaxed and ready to conquer my week. She is so positive and not only demonstrates but walks around giving positive affirmations.
