“I have been practicing here for about 10 years on and off. I can't give this studio enough praise. Maria has been a rock for me during difficult times by providing a safe and affordable space for me to develop a mind, spirit, body connection. This is an article I wrote about the studio in Innovative Health Magazine Spring 2017.”
“Excellent instructors and class selection. The always instructions provided are clear and the flows are great. The studio is clean, spacious, and perfectly lit. The teachers and students are always warm and welcoming.”
