“I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment. Sanitizing lotion was readily accessible. The Staff Person at the front desk acknowledged me right away and greeted me warmly! We had a moment of confusion concerning my gender, but the Medical Staff was only unfamiliar with my paperwork dilemma. ("Is this an Insurance form or a Medical Form?" is the sort of question a Non-Binary person has to ask when there is only a binary checkbox and it is almost never labeled with the correct terminology. Obvs, nobodies fault stuff like that happens all the time. :) The Medical Assistants were all quick, efficient and genuinely pleased to be of service! They got me in early for my appointment too. I won't say my Doctor's name, but they were openly and respectfully curious as to how they might be of service to a Transgender Person, when so often the past told a different story. :( My Doctor addressed my every concern and meeting with them was very pleasant. The fish tank next to the check-out desk has an _Actual_Literal_Sea_Urchin_! They are very black, except for their orange rude part, and about nine inches across. The Staff Person at the check-out desk was friendly and enthusiastic! They walked me through every step of the check-out process with a smile! The Medical Assistant thanked me for coming in today! I am totally 100% assured that they will follow up with me at every opportunity and that our relationship will continue to be successful and pleasant.“
