“I highly highly recommend this office for emergency dental needs. Every person on their staff is kind and respectful. I went in at the end of December 2023 and Dr. Norman treated me for a nasty tooth infection, with a plan for extraction 2ish weeks after taking the antibiotics. (I was so terrified to get it pulled, I found a last minute excuse for the first appointment, and STILL got rescheduled in less than a week)Today, Vina, Dr. Bielkie, and Dr. Norman all earned saint status. On top of past dental trauma spiking my anxiety, my mouth does not numb very well and they still managed to calmly pull my tooth after numbing me 4 separate times to ensure I was fully comfortable. Both doctors walked me through exactly what they were going to do in a non frightening way, and kept their calm even though I KNOW I was being a bit dramatic. They never once made me feel stupid or uncomfortable and calmed my fears.If you ever need emergency dental care, please don’t hesitate to see this office.“
