I received above-and-beyond service from agent Melissa Dagher-Singh with Higbie Maxon Agney. She helped me sell my mom's house after my mom's death and took charge of all details from the make-ready through the final closing. This was particularly important to me since I do not live in Grosse Pointe and needed someone I could rely on to handle anything that came up. She is organized, responsive, and treats the property as though it were own. I highly recommend her and HMA.

Dr. Nathan and Dr. Shoe have changed my life. I’ve been seeing them both for a few years now and can’t recommend them enough. Just this morning Dr. Shoe performed a new type of adjustment and I’m still reeling from the amount it relief it’s given me in the past half hour - from months and months of pain! Every time I leave their office I walk out feeling taller than the trees.

We just had our garage lifted and reinforced as well as poured a new foundation for the garage, our whole driveway and front porch redone by Todd and his crew. It was by far the best experience we’ve had with a contractor by far. They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up the site every night. And the results are amazing!
Blake properties cares about their tenants and is fast to respond to any maintenance requests and problems. All of the st. Clair shores locations are nice and kept up and they are good about selecting tenants. All of my neighbors were friendly and stayed long term. 5/5 would recommend

I do not like going to the dentist, but apparently being an adult means I have to do things like “take care of my teeth,” so finding out I needed a crown had my anxiety working overtime. Christine and Dr. Van Drunen were absolutely incredible. They gave me pep talks, checked on me throughout the entire appointment, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They were so patient and kind that they even gave me hugs afterward. I walked in ridiculously nervous and walked out with a huge smile. If you need a dentist, or you dread going to the dentist like I do, this is where you need to go. They somehow managed to turn a crown appointment into such a positive experience. Thank you all so much!

I lived in a unit that GPA acquired and the difference between the previous property management and GPA is night and day. Abbey and April are total sweethearts. They do their best to address issues as they get them, and are very responsive. I prefer emails so they respond same day, same with voicemails. Texting is an option as well. They have a lot of properties so scheduling certain repairs can take a little longer, but they communicate so you aren’t left in the dark. Honestly the best experience I had as a tenant. I was treated like a person which is asking a lot with today’s landlords.

Owner and manager are both rude, in a strange, polite way. Don't be more than 2 minutes late or they'll call another client.

The negative reviews all have to do with customer service and scheduling. Oh and they don't even offer lymphatic drainage.

I needed 2 smart locks re-keyed, and so I brought them in, and got them done in under 45 min. They are a small operation, so, for quick jobs, expect a little delay if they start getting a lot of customers coming in at the same time.
my absolute favorite place!!! i’ve been going here for over a year and every time they do an amazing job. their builder gel manicures are top notch and everyone there is so kind. they are consistent, clean, fast, and honestly do better quality work than most of the other salons in the area!
