I've been going to Beauty nail for over 2 months now, and love love love Long Nguyen! He tells you if he can, or can't do something, and will make sure you leave happy with his work! I have yet to be unhappy with anything ? He even fixed my nail when another place messed it up!!
The owner is rather rude. But the nail tech was nice and did a very nice pedicure with some really nice products. Unfortunately they don't use the greatest gel products and my nail color faded quickly in the sun. I will go again however because it is around the corner from my house so it's convenient. Ask for Cindy, she was very clean and thorough.
I’m not usually one to complain.. but I’ve gone to this salon over a dozen times and every time, the manager was rude. Very poor customer service. I rate this place 3 stars because the ladies there do good clean work. But the guy at the front who I assume is the manager is rude, turns away walk in customers and appointments. He doesn’t wash his hands or clean his station between customers. And he complains about the service requests. My mood is literally dampened every time I visit and makes self care day stressful. Never going back.
