Where is 6 stars when you need it? I was trying to help my older neighbor with her door. She had another locksmith try to fix her old mortise lock and it only lasted a week. Jim at the Village Locksmith knew just what was wrong, and even though the lock is 100 years old and they don't make parts, he thought he might have a similar lock he could scavenge a part from and Presto! Hopefully my neighbor's lock will be good for another 100 years. Thanks Jim!
