Very clean portal, very competitive rent prices in this horrid housing market, accepts many forms of payment, and even replaced my oven when it broke. Very nice workers willing to help with my park pass as well. Weakest link is their communication but it has improved over time.

I had a complicated situation come up and the management was stellar at working with me and having empathy for my situation. Am recommending friends to use GPA for their future housing needs.
