“I received above-and-beyond service from agent Melissa Dagher-Singh with Higbie Maxon Agney. She helped me sell my mom's house after my mom's death and took charge of all details from the make-ready through the final closing. This was particularly important to me since I do not live in Grosse Pointe and needed someone I could rely on to handle anything that came up. She is organized, responsive, and treats the property as though it were own. I highly recommend her and HMA.”
“Aaron Monzo at Keller Williams went above and beyond in helping us sell my mother’s home. He communicated clearly, listened to our concerns, and acted quickly and decisively throughout the process. This was a particularly complex transaction that required expertise in multiple areas. Aaron guided us through a divorce judgment that involved removing my mother’s ex-husband from the title. Aaron also had the foresight to execute a lady bird deed and power of attorney, which were absolutely necessary as my mother’s health was declining.
Aaron also demonstrated exceptional market knowledge by pricing our home to achieve the best possible result—over 12% higher than what other realtors had suggested. Thanks to his strategy and attention to detail, we were able to maximize the value of the property. My family and I feel very fortunate to have chosen Aaron. What could have easily become a stressful and problematic sale was instead handled smoothly because he had everything covered at every turn. I am confident that few, if any, other realtors could have navigated this transaction as successfully. 10/10 I recommend Aaron Monzo.”
“Andrew MacLeod is our agent! He has been so helpful; from finding our “retirement” waterfront property, negotiating a very great price. He is very professional and we’re excited to have him list our present home next week!”
