Blake properties cares about their tenants and is fast to respond to any maintenance requests and problems. All of the st. Clair shores locations are nice and kept up and they are good about selecting tenants. All of my neighbors were friendly and stayed long term. 5/5 would recommend

I rented with Blake properties for over a year. Solid, affordable apartment. Management was really nice and friendly. They handled issues promptly. If I need another apartment down the road, I’ll see if they have any apartments that fit my needs.
