He took the time to ask questions such as the age of the carpet, cleaning history and then made suggestions for additional services such as applying protectant. “GR Building Repair helped us with a major problem due to a pipe leak. This was an insurance claim, however John always made sure I was in control of the repairs being done to my home. Him and his group were more then willing to answer questions. Repairs included: drywall, cabinetry, plumbing, painting. All of the workers that were sent were very professional, friendly and arrived on time when they said they would. Wife and I felt very comfortable having them in our home even if we weren't there.
