Rainbow Restoration handled the water damage in our basement with professionalism and they performed great quality work. Had water in my basement due to a sump pump failure. Rainbow Restoration responded quickly (on a Saturday) and installed fans and a heater to dry up the water. It was a multi day project and there were a number of employees arriving daily to review the progress. Everyone that I had contact with was professional and friendly and were very prompt when they said they would be arriving. Communication was outstanding! Good group of people, highly recommend!
We had a sump pump failure and ended up with about an inch of water in our basement. Called Rainbow as soon as they opened and they had a crew there by 1pm to start clean up and mitigation. Mike and Juan were super personable working late into the evening to make sure the job was done right. They provided piece of mind that everything would be just fine by the time they finished the job. When the job was over everything went smoother than expected and process was super easy. Thanks Rainbow for making a terrible situation better !
