Very pleased with my carpet cleaning experience and the technician, Shawn, was very professional and polite. He took the time to ask questions such as the age of the carpet, cleaning history and then made suggestions for additional services such as applying protectant. He explained his recommendations as well and wasn't pushy at all. I did proceed with his recommendations and also decided to get my fabric chair cleaned as well. It is so refreshing to feel the confidence of having a service person whom obviously likes his job and is proud of the end results. Good experience. Arrival notification from driver was nice, cleaners were polite and thorough. Carpet had not been "cleaned" in over 18 years, so not every stain came out, but most did. Very satisfied, reasonably priced.
