After a fire at our home in May of 2023, ServePro of SW Grand Rapids did a fantastic job of helping us as we began the recovery. Joyce Emelander was our point person and was indispensable. Joyce provided great service helping us pack out our possessions for cleaning, but was also a great resource to help us deal with the shock of having our house fire. She served all needs that we had, every step of the way through this very long process. We are so thankful for ServePro and Joyce.
