“This review is for technician Mike Sullivan. After many many failed attempts at getting other businesses to even pick up the phone, let alone give me a quote, I finally came across Lascko. I needed a prefab bathroom hooked up in New Era. They got back to me the same day and sent Mike out the very next day. I should also add that I haven’t received the plumbing services yet (I’m on their schedule for next week). I’m only reviewing the service call where he came out and inspected what I needed done. Mike was pleasant, funny and very professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a guaranteed quote on the same day. “Having A/C issues on a week forecasted to be 90+ and with a one year old and a sick wife at home needing relief from the heat YESTERDAY, I called John after finding J A T on google, grasping for straws, knowing any of the large companies are days or a week out on repairs this time of year.
