I woke up to a cold house on Friday morning and had a house full of guests coming on sunday. By 10:00 a.m. the problem was diagnosed and the part could be ordered and I would have to wait to get my heat back until Monday, but was given the option for the service guy to drive to get the part which added to my labor cost but I had heat by that afternoon and was very grateful. I also updated my thermostat which was a real plus.

I can't say enough good things about the team over at Reaume. Randy, Liz and Matt have saved us on multiple occasions with quick responses to emergencies, and their positive, responsive customer service is deeply appreciated. Randy has been pampering our complicated boiler/radiant heating system for more years than I can count and he has never steered us wrong. They are a real pleasure to do business with.
