Dr Rick is an exceptional audiologist! She listens to her patients and explains everything in such a clear way that the science behind the technology makes sense. She is patient and makes allowances for an individual's (my mother's) uncertainty while affirming her ability to manage having hearing aids . Although I live thirty minutes away from her office I will come back to her when the time comes for me to need hearing aids! She is an asset to her field of expertise!

They fit us in on short notice at the end of the day because they knew we were without hot water. I highly recommend this small local business and will be calling them the next time we need a plumber.

We came from out of state for a wedding and I was looking for a place to get my son’s haircut. Caleb had received several positive reviews and they all ended up being spot on. Caleb was extremely friendly and patient while my son talked his ear off while and squirmed in his seat. He had a perfectionist touch and pristine skills with clippers. He continued to check with me to make sure he was following what I was looking for. I made a few changes in the middle of the cut and he was understanding and flexible. He helped me know how to style the hair for the day of the wedding which was extremely helpful. The cut turned out exactly how we explained it. Great place to get nails done! Make sure you book in advance and early as possible. They book up fast! 3rd time going here, recommended by a friend. The first time my nails held up great through the ocean, pool, sun and vacation-no chipping after 4 weeks. 2nd time-great as well, my fault for the peeling. And I got Patriot nails for the 4th of July! Love them!!! 🇺🇸

Lily at Q Nails spent METICULOUS time making sure my shellac manicure and pedicure were perfect for my wedding!! I’ve never had such an attentive and locked in nail artist. She checked with me that I liked my nails every single step of the way. She even added tips onto two of my other nails that were slightly shorter to make sure they were perfect (bet you can’t tell which ones!) My nails look exactly like the example photo I showed. I could not be more happy with my experience at Q Nails! No feet pics taken but the pedicure is perfect too!

I had Sydney trim my hair today, she listened and was patient with me. I haven't had a hair cut in 6 years and she did exactly what I wanted. Never have I had someone listen to me when it came to my hair.

They were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient when my elderly parents had a plumbing crisis. The flooding was addressed immediately , and the situation was fixed for much less than I expected. Communication was always clear and questions were answered with patience. I never felt pressured or pushed, quite the opposite. I was given choices with prices and allowed to direct what fix worked best for the situation based on need and budget. I will use this company again.

Spring of 2019 I had Bradfield install 8 RBS double pane windows at my house, and they are still amazing. I had John come out to quote the project and gave a reasonable price. His price per window was higher than my neighbors contractor but John was more professional and I felt like his quality/craftsmanship would be better and it was. My neighbor has a lot more regrets than I do.I would absolutely use them again

Every question is answered thoroughly. This is my first dog and I’m positive I have asked silly questions out of fear but I have never once been spoken down to. Options are provided and walked through. I appreciate knowing upfront what it will cost to cover my canine loved ones needs - it greatly reduces the stress of an already stressful time. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Truly - if it can be said about a vets office *chefs kiss*. I will happily drive 45 minutes each way so my loved one can receive the best care.

I have been going to Mrs. Melissa for eight yrs. I do mainly Facilities Maintenance, Janitorial, and general labor work. Lots of bending, twisting, turning, etc so lower back issues knots like Don Knott's. She is very skilled in her profession I highly recommend anyone in the West Michigan area to contact Grand Haven Therapeutic Massage.
