“I called French because I had spoke with him often at my former employer and he was very knowledgeable and had good values. We had a fairly new air conditioner installed by another reputable place, but they replaced a motor in the air conditioner on a service call weeks earlier and said nothing was wrong.I didn't want to pay them again when the issue of our lights going dim each time the air went on kept happening.French called me back immediately.Listened patiently (I am long winded) and kindly suggested I call consumers to check for something with the word neutral in it.He said they will be able to verify if that is the issue if it's in a line to the house.He said, if not, I recommend to call an electrician to verify its not a line/electric issue in the house. He said, if not, I would be happy to come out and look at the air conditioner to see if something in it is bad. But he did not believe so and did not want me to waste more money on him first.He was correct.Emergency crew is coming to fix after they sent a person to see what the issue was.Could have burned our house down or damaged our interior wires if not for French. THANK YOU FRENCH!!!! Will be sending all our business (friends & family already) your way!!“
