“I located Vision Specialists online after searching for a specialists that could work with me on my unique eye issues. After the Kellogg Eye Center told me, "your eyes are fine," I looked around for a second opinion. I worked with Dr. Chelsea, who did a very thorough workup that included standing on a balance board decide and watching me walk down the hall. She diagnosed my binocular vision disorder, and prescribed me a pair of prism lenses. Martina helped me out with the glasses. I thought I was going to try the new Xtra active prism lenses with the mirror sunglasses but they came back from the lab a little weird, so she helped me change them out for a normal lens without charging me more money. I had a great experience with all levels of care from the moment I walked in.“

“I stopped in to see types of eye glass frames they had. Was greeted warmly and squeezed me into schedule at that moment. Was very taken back to the great help selecting a pair of frames. One of the front desk receptionist got to work on my insurance that was locked by another eye glass place. I was handed off to an optician that was really great. I appreciated her having my insurance coverage all printed out showing coverage for different options in black in white. Everyone was friendly and warm, was told glasses to arrive 7-10 days.
