Dr. Chelsea and everyone at Vision Specialists listened, tested and did everything they could to come up with a diagnosis for my dizzyness. When prisms did not help, Dr. Debbie called me to review my life history. After more eye & sound tests, we are moving forward with ENT CT scans & vestibular PT. its too bad they choose not to take vision insurance. I am lucky to have good ins. Dr. Debbie was recommended by my ENT & opthamologist. with good reason. If they cant diagnose you, they will continue efforts until they can. This is a very calming & caring environment.
The total staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. My doctor is Sandy DiPonio and I can’t say enough good things about her expertise, professionalism, friendliness, kindness and helpfulness. I am so glad I found this office…completely by accident. I highly recommend them to anyone with difficult or unusual eye issues.
