“We called Hedlund on a Friday in an emergency as our sewer in the basement was backed up. They were at our house within 2 hours and were able to snake out the line. That gave us the temporary relief needed to make it through the weekend until the larger grinding job could be done the next week. Bailey and Ryan were a terrific team and cleared our sewer line without having to dig up holes in the basement or the front yard. We were so grateful. The cost of the job was less than the quote. I was given an exact time of arrival. On the way to Lansing, I received a call from the owner and he said the service man was behind schedule and would be arriving 45 minutes late. He arrived at the new time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and unfortunately did not have the replacement in his vehicle.
