Vinny did a great job of caring for the furnace and water heater. He took the time to walk me through things that needed to be inspected that were included in the maintenance services.
Nick was here on time; immediately he put on shoe protection, and asked what the problem was. Nick replaced the fuel injector, checked the furnace to see that it would start easily. We got a furnace plan so our parts and labor are discounted. Next year our maintenance plan is in effect so getting the furnace cleaned and checked will be paid for.Nick also cleaned a vent and added some insulation material to make it quieter. We appreciate his concern and efficiency!Nick is polite, happy, respectful, and fair.
