Russ is wonderful! He is always so positive and helpful, and a genuinely kind person. Service is always quick. Whether it's a repair or an annual maintenance visit, it's always done well. I recommend E. H. Ward to everyone!

I made a cold call to EH Ward due to my hot water heater malfunctioning. They showed up in less than an hour, we agreed they’d replace it, and everything happened exactly like they said. Russ was my main technician (and another guy that I failed to remember his name) and he was very thorough, cleaned up afterwards, and explained everything about my new HWH in detail. Russ is knowledgeable and thorough and is an asset to this company. Thank you!!!!

Installed my fence in 1986. Twice in the past 5 yrs,trees mine and neighbors trees have fallen n on it requiring new post,fabric and fitting. The 30+ yr old parts show no oxidation or corrosion.some top fitting no longer made, too bad. Larry Ward third generation and now his son taken over family business. Showed up as scheduled for quote and repair. Cleaned up. Happy with result.
