Jim and his team were fantastic. I assumed my ducts were going to be filthy based on what I saw in the floor vents, but it turned out they were in really good shape. Jim’s team showed me everything and were very transparent about how I likely didn’t need to proceed with the full process. Jim gave me a generous discount, and they still cleaned out whatever was in the ducts, resealed it where the previous person had done a subpar/unprofessional job, and vacuumed out all the vents. I was very pleased with the whole process and would definitely use them again in the future!
