Came out the same day our furnace stopped working. Explained what happened in detail and even saved us thousands by saying we don't need a new furnace at this time. A past mechanic said we did. This company is very affordable with the service charge. Cheaper than the others.
We bought a house in Delta Township with gas heat and gas fireplace. Hired Tri-Delta to inspect and advise, as the fireplace was full of spiderwebs and apparently unused for a long time. Mike S. Spent two hours with us, got the fireplace working, inspected our furnace, and gave simple, detailed advice. Also took a look at our roof vents, ducts, and air conditioner. All this for $128. Worth more, I think!
