I had a mediocre experience at another office and decided to order my eyeglasses after reading reviews from Stites Eye Care. I was helped by a lovely employee ( believe named Jamie?) who helped me find frames. Not only was Jamie patient and kind, but she knew exactly what styles of frames would be the most flattering and even though I was skeptical, she was right every time. She didn't make me feel dumb and answered my questions without feeling like I was failing my children if I didn't purchases my glasses that day. I will not hesitate to go out of my way for someone who can read the room so well and make feel comfortable with something I'm actively uncomfortable doing.“

“I was a walk in with no appt just seeing how soon I could get an appt. Destiny and Liz immediately started my exams, worked with me to pick out the best frames in the price range I wanted and got the order in that day. Dr Jones is so nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about what my needs are. I'm transitioning to the age where I need more help with distance. She took the time to answer every question I had and made great recommendations for my glasses and contacts. The store has scores of frames in different styles and prices. And there are attractive frames in ALL of the prices too. I even got a discount on prescription sunglasses because I used my insurance. All members of the staff at this store are smart, friendly, professional, ready to help you without being pushy. They jump up to help you with anything you need. During my order process, I overheard one staff explaining to a customer on the phone about the features that were covered by her insurance, taking the time to add and re-add the total depending on what that customer elected or rejected. Liz was so patient with the customer and I could tell the customer expressed her gratefulness for Liz's patience with her. Great place to go for your eyecare needs!!!“

“We brought our daughter, who is an adult with special needs, to see Dr. Fowle. We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to bring her there. We were late by 20 minutes due to traffic and they kept her appointment anyway. Despite our lateness and the lateness of the day no one made us feel rushed. Dr. Fowle impressed us with how easily he interacted with her. He really seemed to enjoy her spirit and sense of humor. He was VERY thorough in his exam and took the time to explain everything in detail to my husband and I. His bedside manner is wonderful and his professionalism was impeccable. “Dr. Henry is an excellent physician and I have received great care from this practice for 20 years. However a recent incident caused me to leave. I've had a series of strokes that left me with vision and other physical problems, and Dr. Henry was keep track of my vision problems. Because of the results of the strokes I am very slow in performing the usual tasks like washing, food prep, and other stuff. And I am extremely tired, falling asleep frequently.Because of all this stuff I was late for an appointment with Dr. Henry. I was told I was a "no-show," because I was 15 minutes late, and would be charged a fee for this.I was not a "no-show." I was late.So I decided that I need to find another Opthalmologist for this appointment and I cancelled my appointment.I am sorry to have left because Dr. Henry is a good and caring physician.“
