I had a phenomenal eye exam today! They provided so many detailed procedures with specialized scanners and equipment to test my eyes, corneas, retinas, and vision. I was treated with such professionalism and patience. This place is top notch! You will be delighted by their superb customer service and support!
My service was wonderful!
The care was personal and met my optical needs. I brought in some frames that I had purchased online and they were able to incorporate my prescription into these frames. I could not ask for better. I recommend to anybody seeking personalized, complete optical care.
They were very professional and courteous. One eyeglasses place said I needed glasses but I got a second opinion from Rockford Family Eyecare who actually said my vision was fine (which I suspected). They saved me a bunch of money and it's obvious they are not just out for your money. Five stars.
