Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

(Like many husky mixes, she also likes to sing the song of her people and is very dramatic.) Crystal took my dog's attitude and was able to work with her to get her whole groom done. “Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.

My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking. I immediately called PSR, and they were just as incredible as I remembered. I spoke with Lace—who also worked at the Inkster location and even remembered my long‑lost baby Bella. She went out of her way to pick up Niko herself and made sure he had a safe, secure, loving place to stay.

My gratitude for PSR runs deeper than words. They have always been the place I call “home” for my babies, and they proved once again why. “Thank you” will never feel like enough.“
