Riemco Design + Build

107 West Middle Street, Chelsea

Fri 8:30AM - 5PM

“Love how it all turned out. We had a good idea when we started what we were looking for , and had already worked with Riemco on a previous project, so we knew we wanted to work with them again.

Communication is important to us and Pete was great about keeping us informed about what was going to happen and managing all the trades that worked on this project.

Quality is something that I don’t worry at all about with Riemco. Attention to the smallest details and making sure things were done correctly are just part of the way they do business.

I would highly recommend them to anyone remodeling or building.”

365 Mechanical, LLC

7985 Chamberlin Rd, Dexter

Fri 8AM - 5PM

“I have been using 365 Mechanical for over 10 years, and I can honestly say they are the best. The owner, Chris, is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Chris and his team never cuts corners. They take the time to thoroughly inspect everything and does an incredibly detailed job every time.

I have 365 Mechanical service both my home and commercial buildings, including my A/C units and furnaces, every spring and fall. Their maintenance work is always thorough and gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is running properly and efficiently.

And one of the biggest benefits of staying on top of regular maintenance with 365 Mechanical is knowing that Chris and his team have your back when an unexpected emergency happens.

Recently, I had a sudden water leak from my HVAC unit, and the water was quickly starting to pool on the floor. I called Chris, and he and his team came to my house promptly to address the problem. Because they responded so quickly, I was able to minimize the potential water damage, and they got the HVAC system back to working seamlessly.

After more than 10 years of working with 365 Mechanical, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my HVAC systems. Their knowledge, attention to detail, reliability, and customer service are exceptional.

**Thank you, Chris and the entire 365 Mechanical team, for always taking such great care of us! I highly recommend 365 Mechanical to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable HVAC company.**”

Armstrong Enterprises

11185 Country Lane, Pinckney

Fri 9AM - 5PM

“We needed a new roof and wanted to deal with a local company so we called Armstrong Enterprises Pinckney, MI. They came over to our house to inspect our roof then gave us some options on shingles, pricing, and dates to install. We are extremely glad we chose this company. They took off the old shingles and installed all new shingles in one day! When the day was done they had picked up all debris. No nails, no shingle pieces anywhere. Best roofing job we have ever had! We highly recommend this company.”
