“I am the GM of a retail store in Chicago where Quality Roofing had been hired to reroof our building.
A week before the project began Mike Sharpe, the project manager for Quality Roofing came into my store, introduced himself and walked me through the process and timeline. I have never had a contractor do this before and I was impressed. The next week while they were installing the roof, a large midwestern thunderstorm hit and water leaked into the store. Mike was instantly in the store, assessing the damage and wrapping our equipment and computers in plastic (we are an optical shop with 2 doctors so our equipment is very fragile and expensive). He repeatedly came back to check on us and see if there was any damage. The next day before we opened Mike and his team began replacing the stained ceiling tiles and even cleaned the carpet!
