Had a nice chat with Cody Lester who reached out after my review posted. I completely reverse course on my original review. Cody owned this. He apologized, acknowledged, and took steps to make this right with me and earn my business back. There are so many companies that would have simply blown this off without a care. This was a refreshing experience in a day when customer satisfaction seems to be at the very bottom of most companies priority lists. Because of this experience, I will likely try to give all my applicable business to this company. Wow. Outstanding job acknowledging that my experience doesn’t align with your business model and taking steps to rebuild the trust and relationship with the customer!

My recent experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large delivery ( 7 yards) of compost. It was from last year, I said that was fine even though there was no price adjustment offered. Scheduled delivery for a specific Friday when I’d have weekend help to move it all. They call the day it’s supposed to be delivered to let me know “someone” sold all their compost and my delivery would be delayed. I asked if they were going to offer any kind of compensation- discount or free delivery for the major inconvenience, they said they’d have to check and get back to me. Indicating they had several other customers impacted as well.
Then the compost finally does arrive and as I move it I keep finding trash in it. Not just one or two things, something in every shovel full. Broken glass, snack food wrappers, pieces of plastic grocery bags old screws and other metal shards. It was horrible I even cut myself twice picking the garbage out.
Not only was the quality of product received terrible but the lack of effort and customer service provided to solve the problem they cause was nonexistent. In future I will take my business elsewhere, I’d recommend others consider doing the same.”
