“People here care about you pet like you do. They have a camera so you can see your pet in their sleeping area at any time. Complementary bath when we picked him up and they do a great job at trimming his nails. Little more expensive than many other places but knowing your pet is well cared for is worth it. Our 16 year old dog was there for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. Nice caring people.“

Dr Viney goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure my little girl Audie (Beagle mix) is well taken care of. Audie actually enjoys coming to the vet. Dr Viney always gives her lots of love and attention as do all the techs she's worked with.“

“I have a small rescue dog, about 7 pounds, with a pervasive and recurring digestive issue. In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.“

“No frills, affordable but caring pet grooming. Been a customer for decades. Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

It's a special room and her great techs are also there for support. I was able to lay with her on the carpet floor and she was on soft bedding too. I was crying and holding her when it happened.
