Called Ace Heating and Air-conditioning for a quote to replace a furnace and AC unit for our house. He beat the price of the other HVAC contractors we talked to. He completed the installation and duct runs for our house makover, and when we ran into a coolant issue with the AC, he professionally diagnosed the issue, corrected a faulty seal in the unit and replaced the lost coolant on his cost without passing a penny onto us. That says a lot about the integrity he has about his work. When it was time to replace our electric water heater, we discussed options of going to a tankless system.
