Adam was very professional and well spoken in explaining what was going on to someone like me (zero knowledge of plumbing). The job was done quickly and I couldn't be happier. I am new to Niles, but I definitely found my go-to guys for all my plumbing and HVAC needs!
My experience with Robert Service Co was very good. Adam was professional but also friendly. He was patient with answering any questions or concerns i had before, during and after the replacement of my water heater & softener. They hauled away my old units and the work area was cleaned up.I would definitely refer Roberts Service Co to my family & friends!
