“I really enjoy this gym! For the price my spouse and I pay, we get a lot including the classes, gym, and pool. The facilities are always clean and never too crowded. One of the coaches there was able to work with my level of experience to tailor a food and workout plan for me.The only major drawback of this facility is the hours. You have to go when someone is there, and there is no 24-hour access. If you work at odd times, this facility may be frustrating.Still, I am really glad we come here! I just wish there was a way to switch to 24-hour access.“

Doctor Santa Ana was thorough, heard me out and even adjusted his treatment plan to target a particular ligament, as I requested. “I come here to see Dr. Kado as my primary physician. The waiting area is nice, not run down, and with covid going on chairs are appropriately spaced. The staff is competent and nice both at check in and check out. I've never had any issues. Whenever I call it never goes to voicemail, and they always make sure whatever I'm calling about is dealt with promptly. If I call for a prescription refill or for a referral, it's usually handled within 24 hours. When showing up for an appointment I've never waited more then 10 minutes to be called back. Dr. Kado herself is wonderful, very thorough and takes as much time as you need to answer your questions. I never feel rushed .“

“The staff was amazing and friendly… all but one. I was being helped by a gentleman to pick out frames (he was fantastic) but the woman next to us helping another customer was awful and rude. She kept rolling her eyes behind the customers back. She also was belittling the front desk woman loudly in front of myself. Very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable“
