Im in love with the front of the house staff no question, the MA's were the epitome of excellence and Dr John is blessed with talent as she addressed EVERYTHING! I could kick myself for not joining sooner but Oak Street will now and forever will be my primary. I love you all!

The receptionist was very kind. That started the appt off one the right foot. I have a TBI and an exaggerated startle reflex. I get confused rather easily. The bus driver, medical technicians, and doctor didn't startle me. Praise to them. The doctor addressed all the medical concerns and had good manners.

Since I began coming to Oak Street Health, I've had nothing but excellent care. The staff, receptionist, all whom I had contact with are kind and of professional capacity. They are indeed customer-friendly. Right now, I have no current plans of going anywhere else.
