The only reason for the two stars is because I love the Phlebotomist. Although, I never get any help. They never follow up with anything. I’m really disappointed because I really want to like this place.
Dr Kulick is a very nice man however his staff is awful and inept. Cannot correctly write prescriptions, fill out paperwork, and have a demeaning attitude. Kept going here because he was decent, but highly recommend going elsewhere given office help.
Thank you Dr. Kulick for helping me get my life back. Your kindness and honesty in 2008 set me up for success. I've gotten the chance to live the last 13 years happy, joyous, and free. I passed your office last night and I was reminded of this beautiful gift.
