Can I just say this is the place to be!!! I love the front desk, & all faculty members. They are so polite, professional, and take their time when it comes to your needs. Dr. Kim is phenomenal when it comes to communication, comprehension, and always strives to find innovative ways to fit your medical/personal needs. Then when it comes to ordering prescription lenses and picking a frame. Mrs. Beverly is the bomb. She won't stop looking at frames until your satisfied and the Clint looks terrific. She not only looks out for you when it comes to your needs, but also your budget. She keeps it real and won't out-sell you like other eye centers where it is only about the money....read full review

Went in to pick up 3 pairs of glasses and they were very busy (12/30/23). Kristen at the reception desk saw I was waiting for awhile, so she came out and brought me my glasses. This was so considerate of her; it saved me a lot of time.Henry Ford has a great selection of frames and they did a great job on my glasses.

Over the past several years this has been my go-to location! They have always been so helpful and kind no matter the circumstances! Today I spoke with Tracy and she was amazing! From the information we discussed on our last phone call (yesterday), she went ahead and took care of everything for me, before I needed to ask! I am very grateful. I will continue to come here as long as I am in the area. Thanks again Tracy!
